    Join Access 2 Place Housing (A2P) – a progressive, tenant-focused, not for profit community housing provider and one of Australia’s largest registered providers of NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).

    We’re expanding and seeking a solutions-focused Accounts Receivable Officer to help manage SDA funding and claims with accuracy, efficiency and genuine care for the people we support.

    About the Role

    In this hands-on finance and coordination role, you’ll work closely with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), tenants, plan managers and internal teams to ensure SDA funding, claims and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.

    You’ll also have the opportunity to drive process improvements and contribute to greater efficiency across systems and workflows to support our continued growth.

    Key responsibilities include:

    You’ll collaborate closely with our Finance, Housing and Property teams and be supported by an experienced General Manager of Finance.

    What We Are Looking For

    We’re looking for a detailed-oriented, organised individual who enjoys finding answers and combining numbers with purpose. You may come from a background in finance, accounts, administration or community services and are ready to apply your skills to a values-led organisation.

    We welcome applications from candidates who may be new to the NDIS/SDA sector. Full training and support will be provided.

    You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

    Experience with SDA claiming processes or NDIS systems (e.g., PACE, MyPlace or similar) is highly regarded but not essential.
