Feedback from tenants provides Access 2 Place with an ongoing measure of how well we meet our customer’s housing needs. Tenants are encouraged to provide feedback verbally throughout their tenancy, through annual tenant feedback surveys and when leaving their tenancy. We also welcome feedback from external agencies, applicants and the public.
