When a vacancy arises in an Access 2 Place property, we will advertise the vacancy on the Housing Hub website. The Housing Hub is free to use and easy to navigate if you are seeking disability housing options. Alternatively you can see our current availabilities listing.
We source tenants for our vacancies in a number of ways. A current tenant may wish to transfer to another home or, more commonly, we source eligible tenants from the Community Housing Customer Register.
To be considered for an Access 2 Place vacancy, you should be registered on the Community Housing Customer Register or be eligible to become registered.
To become registered on the Community Housing Customer Register applicants must meet base eligibility criteria as outlined by the South Australian Government and then complete a range of documents relating to your need for housing and your current circumstances.
Access 2 Place is a Disability specific Community Housing Provider, and has additional eligibility requirements to ensure we are providing housing to those in the highest need.
