    If something is not working in your Access 2 Place home and needs repair or maintenance, you can report it to us by phoning, emailing, or visiting our office. When reporting by email, please complete the maintenance request form.

    Urgent repairs call (08) 8274 6300 (24/7)

    If the matter is urgent and immediately affects tenant health, safety or security you should call the relevant emergency service (eg.SA Water) and when safe to do so, call our office on 8274 6300.  This is our regular office number and it is monitored out of hours (24/7) for emergencies.

    Non-urgent repairs

    If your repairs are not urgent but still important that they get rectified, you can call our office on 8274 6300 between 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. You can also Report a repair by clicking on the above link or email us any time at [email protected].

    Sometimes the repairs or maintenance required is a result of tenant / accidental damage. If we agree to carry out repairs or maintenance to tenant / accidental damage, clear billing instructions must be made when initiating the repairs. The person requesting the work must understand who will pay for the cost of the repairs and, where appropriate, have gained authorisation.

    Request to undertake alterations, modifications or additions

    We understand that your needs may change over time. You may request to make an alteration or modification to your property to make it more suitable to your needs. Where the alteration, modification or addition do not breach building codes or expose you or others to danger, we may grant you permission to make changes. Before commencing any alteration, modification or addition, you must seek written permission from Access 2 Place and provide details of your request. This can only be done by completing the form below. You must then wait for written approval from Access 2 Place before you can proceed further.

    Response Times

    We follow the Community Housing Accommodation and Maintenance Standards with regards to response times for maintenance. Response times for repairs will vary depending on the nature and urgency of the request. For a breakdown of scenarios, you can refer to page 14 of our tenancy guide below.
