With more than six years of experience in the disability sector, Pauline brings a strong background in finance, accounting, and NDIS Plan Management to her role as Financial Accountant at Access 2 Place. She plays a key part in strengthening A2P’s financial governance, delivering accurate reporting, and supporting sustainable practices that ultimately benefit the people we house and support.
Pauline is passionate about making finance simple, transparent, and accessible. She finds deep reward in applying her expertise to empower individuals, promote independence, and help achieve meaningful outcomes within the disability housing sector.
Outside of work, Pauline enjoys spending time with family and friends. Much of her time is joyfully spent cheering on her kids at sport or coordinating playdates, always appreciating the small, meaningful moments in life.
