This project consists of two adjacent builds, with each home benefitting from low maintenance gardens, zoned ducted air conditioning and solar power.  The homes have been designed and tailored to enhance the lives of each tenant.

One house is designed for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) High Physical Support with features like a 2-in-1 front door, adjustable kitchen bench, and hoist provision from bedroom to ensuite.

The second house, designed as a SDA Fully Accessible home for four friends, includes similar accessibility features along with dual ovens for entertainment and a large outdoor area.
