Award Winners! CHIA SA Excellence in Community Housing Awards 2026

We are thrilled to share that Access 2 Place Housing has been recognised at the CHIA SA Excellence in Community Housing Awards 2026.

A huge congratulations to our Property Development & Asset Maintenance Team, who received the award for Excellence in Community Housing for their work on a tenant’s purpose-built home.

This recognition celebrates the impact of thoughtful, person-centred housing and what can be achieved when a home is designed around the individual, their needs, their choices and their future.

We are also incredibly proud of Dave Centofanti, who was named Runner-Up in the Inspirational Team Member category. Dave is widely known across A2P for his kindness, humour, practical care and willingness to go above and beyond for tenants, colleagues and support teams.

These achievements reflect the heart of Access 2 Place: creating homes that empower people with disability, while recognising the people behind the work who make that possible.
