Breaking Ground
We’re excited to announce that we’ve broken ground on new houses at Aldinga!
We’re building six new accessible homes, which will expand the pool of affordable rental homes available to people living with disability in the south.
The two and three-bedroom family homes will be Specialist Disability Accommodation standard. They will feature open plan living, spacious kitchens with height-adjustable bench tops, accessible bathrooms and more.
These versatile homes cater to families where one or more members is living with disability. They are located close to shopping and medical facilities, education and public transport.
We’re working with Creative Structures on this development, and expect these homes to be finished by October. We are seeking expressions of interest from potential future tenants for any of these homes.
