Join the Community Housing Advisory Group (CHAG) – Share Your Thoughts!

Dear Tenant

At Access 2 Place we highly value your opinion and believe that your input can make a real difference in our organisation. That’s why we have created the Community Housing Advisory Group (CHAG), a committee where you can share your experiences, concerns, and ideas to help us make better decisions for everyone at Access 2 Place (A2P).

The CHAG is made up of a diverse group of people who have knowledge and expertise in housing accessibility, design, and support coordination. We want to ensure that our tenant community has a voice in this committee, so we are inviting you or your guardian/representative to join us.

The CHAG will meet four times a year, during weekdays, at our A2P office in Wayville. As a committee member, you will serve for a term of 2 years and will be compensated for your time. Our first meeting is scheduled for August 2023, and we will focus on topics related to communication and engagement.

To be considered for the CHAG, we simply ask you to express your interest in writing before Friday, 14 July by answering the following three questions:

1. What can you contribute to the success of CHAG and why?
2. What do you think are important topics that the CHAG should focus on, and why?
3. What do you hope to gain from being part of this group?

After the deadline, a selection panel will review all candidates and consider how their contributions can benefit the committee.
