Check your eligibility

To pass the base eligibility criteria people need to:

live with a permanent disability
be a resident of South Australia
not be a homeowner
have an independent income
require specialist disability accommodation (SDA) funding depending on housing registration criteria.

Exceptions to these criteria may apply in extenuating circumstances.

If you meet the South Australian base criteria as well as Access 2 Place Housing initial eligibility criteria, you will then be provided with a registration pack containing a number of forms and documents that require completion. We can issue the registration pack to you via email, regular mail or you can collect it from our office in Wayville.
