Meet Rachel Colls

Like many office administrators, Rachel Colls juggles a lot of tasks and takes part in a myriad of projects at Access 2 Place Housing.

Rachel oversees the smooth running of our Greenhill Road office, helps out with finance and maintenance activities, supports the tenancy team and updates the official website, social media, and much more!

Before she joined our team, Rachel worked in the building maintenance industry and the mining industry in various administration roles.

“The best thing about my job is getting to know our tenants, participating in the tenant advisory group and working with a likeminded team,” Rachel says. “We are all focused on helping our tenants and providing homes and independence for people living with disability.”

With COIVD-19 guidelines evolving, Rachel – like a lot of A2P members – has been working from home while preparing the office for a return to a safe working environment with social distancing, extra cleaning, and sanitising stations put in place.

When you phone Access 2 Place, Rachel will often be the person on the other end of the line. She helps tenants report maintenance issues, assists with any queries, amongst many other things.
