Ashleigh brings extensive knowledge of the social housing sector, with experience spanning community housing, government housing, short-term crisis accommodation, and medium-term housing agencies. Having previously worked as a Housing Officer and Housing Services Advisor, she has developed a deep understanding of tenancy management and housing services, making her a valuable asset to Access 2 Place.
In her current role as Compliance and Administration Officer, Ashleigh plays a key role in ensuring organisational compliance with housing regulations, policies, and best practices. She supports internal governance processes, assists with policy implementation, and helps maintain efficient administrative systems that support the delivery of safe and sustainable housing for tenants.
Ashleigh holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Sciences at the University of Adelaide, further strengthening her expertise in the housing and social services sector.
