We are thrilled to welcome Kate Thiele to the Access 2 Place Board. As Principal of her consulting business, Klarity, Kate brings extensive experience in governance, strategy, and leadership across the not-for-profit, private, and government sectors.

With a strong background in disability services, including leadership roles at Guide Dogs SA/NT and Minda Incorporated, Kate is passionate about creating meaningful change. She also contributes to mental health, education, and community organisations.

A Telstra SA Business Woman of the Year and Harvard Club of Australia Fellow, Kate continues to support the community through roles with the Adelaide Crows Foundation, the Australian Sports Foundation, and Maxima Training Group Ltd.
