Rafa brings over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, with a deep commitment to community wellbeing and creating lasting social impact. His background spans a wide range of human services, including aged care, disability support, and broader community programs.
Before joining Access 2 Place, Rafa held senior roles in home care, residential care, and community services. He is a strong advocate for person-centred care—supporting approaches that foster dignity, independence, and meaningful connection.
Outside of work, Rafa enjoys spending time with his family, especially playing basketball with his son. He’s an avid reader with a love for continuous learning, and he stays active through swimming and fitness.
