What You Need to Know
Every 2 years, Access 2 Place invites tenants to take part in our Tenant Survey. This survey gives you the opportunity to share your experience and help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve.
Your feedback plays an important role in shaping how we deliver housing, maintenance, and services across our communities.
Why your feedback matters
By completing the survey, you help us:
- Improve our housing, maintenance, and services
- Identify common issues and work towards better solutions
- Improve how we communicate, engage, and support tenants
The survey is short and should only take a few minutes to complete. All responses are confidential and treated with respect.
How the survey works
The Tenant Survey has been posted to tenants by mail. Each survey pack includes a unique survey code that is linked only to your household.
This code is important and is needed to complete the survey online.
How to complete the survey
You can complete the survey in one of two ways:
Option 1: Complete the survey online
- Use your phone, tablet, or computer
- Refer to the survey pack that was mailed to you
- Use the unique survey code included in your letter to access the online survey
(You will be asked to enter this code when completing the survey.)
Option 2: Complete the paper survey
- Fill in the paper survey included in your mail
- Return it using the pre-paid envelope provided, or
- Hand it directly to your Access 2 Place Housing Officer
