Tenant Surveys due 15 June 2020

We recently sent our tenants a survey to gain their feedback on their Access 2 Place homes and the service we provide.

We want to know how tenants feel about the job we are doing to keep their homes working well, and what we could do better.

Our survey was distributed via email and also in print format, and if you’re a tenant you should have received it by now. If you’re a tenant and haven’t seen your copy, please contact us.

Any information shared with us will not be shared with other people.

The survey might take 5-10 minutes to answer, and tenants may like a support person to help them complete it.

Please complete your survey and send it back to us by 15 June in the enclosed stamped & addressed envelope provided.
