We’re Hiring: Housing Pathways Manager
Access 2 Place is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Housing Pathways Manager to help create meaningful housing opportunities for people with disability.
This newly created role will coordinate tenant pathways into new Specialist Disability Accommodation developments, from early engagement and referral through to property matching, transition planning and successful tenancy commencement.
Working closely with our Project Development Team, Housing Officers and disability-sector partners, the Housing Pathways Manager will help ensure tenant needs are considered throughout the development and allocation process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating tenant pathways for new housing developments
- Leading pre-tenancy planning and transition activities
- Developing tenant pipelines for upcoming housing opportunities
- Coordinating property matching and allocation processes
- Reviewing participant needs, NDIS plans and funding pathways
- Building relationships with Support Coordinators, SIL providers, allied health professionals, guardians and referral partners
- Monitoring referrals, housing demand and pipeline performance
- Supporting tenant-informed housing design and project delivery
We’re looking for someone with experience in community housing, disability housing, tenancy management or a related field, together with strong knowledge of the NDIS, SDA and disability housing pathways.
