We’re Hiring: Accountant
Access 2 Place is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team.
This hands-on role will support accurate financial reporting, revenue management and compliance, with a particular focus on rental income and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.
Key areas include:
- Revenue accounting and reconciliations
- SDA funding and rental income management
- Rent reviews, arrears and revenue recovery
- Budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Process improvement and automation
You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, at least three years’ finance or accounting experience, strong Excel skills and a practical, problem-solving approach.
Experience with SDA claiming or NDIS systems is highly regarded but not essential.
